Facility R-Score &
Recommended Improvement Plan

The core GP-10 deliverable. Based on the site evaluation data, we score your facility against the benchmark across all 10 domains and produce your R-Score - along with a prioritized improvement plan showing what to fix, in what order, and why.

The improvement plan is prioritized by financial impact. The highest-value improvements come first. Each recommendation includes expected impact, implementation complexity, and success criteria.
